Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Business Controller to a construction company based in Stockholm.
In the role of Interim Business Controller, you will play a central role in the company's financial management, risk management, and business support. You will also provide support during the merger and integration of IT systems, work with project follow-up for both small and large construction projects, and ensure reporting and analysis.
Main duties:
- Provide business support to the organization through financial analyses, risk assessments, and follow-ups.
- Support for IT system integration projects.
- Work closely with projects and operations, and follow up on both small and large construction projects.
- Ensure reporting and analysis.
- Drive and participate in ongoing improvement projects and process development.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience as a Business Controller from operations in construction, real estate, or contracting.
- Experience of controlling in project activities, preferably with successive profit calculation.
- Experience working with different stages of change processes and projects.
- Good understanding of accounting and basic accounting principles.
- Very good system skills.
- You are communicative and structured, and find it easy to navigate in dynamic environments.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
About the process:
