Interim Search has been tasked with appointing an Interim Assistant Lawyer to a medium-sized fintech company.
The client company is planning to undergo a reorganization, in which the role of Assistant Lawyer will be an important support in legal matters.
Main duties:
- Be involved in legal work.
- Involved in establishing new companies and acquiring licensing rights for the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
- Assist with inkrom transfers.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- A law degree from university.
- At least three to five years of relevant work experience from a company and/or law firm.
- Previously worked with the Financial Supervisory Authority and prepared applications for licensing rights.
- Experience with inkrom transfers.
- Knowledge of licensing issues.
- Experience working with the above issues in other Nordic countries is an advantage.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starts immediately, and is expected to last for approximately 9 months. The position is based at the client company's head office in Stockholm. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will take place shortly thereafter.
