Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Department Manager to a market-leading company in the construction industry in Blekinge County.
Main duties:
- Departmental responsibility with full personnel responsibility, personnel development, and skills provision.
- Budget responsibility and follow-up against financial key figures and targets in sales, work environment, and sustainability.
- Overall responsibility at company level for material flows, warehouse structure, and inventories.
- Coordination of logistics between depots.
- Supplier relationships and business development within existing and new partnerships.
- Monitoring of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience in management/leadership within logistics or production.
- Proven ability to lead and coach a large group of staff.
- Experience in strategic development work and streamlining of flows.
- Experience of budget and profit responsibility.
- We are looking for someone who is curious about a new challenge and who has the right background to enhance the company's logistics work.
About the process:
