Interim Head of Department

Main duties:

• Departmental responsibility with full personnel responsibility, personnel development, and skills provision.
• Budget responsibility and follow-up against financial key figures and targets in sales, work environment, and sustainability.
• Overall responsibility at company level for material flows, warehouse structure, and inventories.
• Coordination of logistics between depots.
• Supplier relationships and business development within existing and new partnerships.
• Monitoring of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of experience in management/leadership within logistics or production.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a large group of staff.
• Experience in strategic development work and streamlining of flows.
• Experience of budget and profit responsibility.

About the process:
