Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Department Manager to a large public sector company based in Västernorrland County.
Main duties:
- Responsible for leading a team of approximately 20 people
- Budget and performance responsibility
- Responsibility for safety, the environment, and the working environment
- Financial monitoring and investigations
To be eligible for the role:
- Relevant higher education; engineer in urban planning, environment, or real estate law, or similar
- You are experienced and confident in your leadership role and accustomed to driving work processes.
- Accustomed to working closely with customers and consultants, and experienced in negotiations
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, in Swedish and English
- Experience in the electrical and energy industry is an advantage.
- System and computer skills
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting immediately, and is expected to last for 5-6 months (there is a possibility of permanent employment, but this is not a requirement).
