Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Application Engineer to a company in central Sweden.
Main duties:
- Act as a bridge between the sales organization and customers to identify technical needs and solutions
- Support the sales organization with technical expertise
- Develop and conduct training courses, demonstrations, and training sessions for both the sales team and customers
- Identify and prevent technical issues and act as a bridge between customers and the engineering team
- Market monitoring
To be eligible for the role:
- Industry knowledge in tools or sheet metal forming
- Technical expertise applied in the field
- Business acumen with a combination of analytical ability and an outgoing approach
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. German or French is an advantage.
- Ability to travel from the place of work and willingness to travel internationally on business
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting immediately as agreed, and is expected to last for approximately 1-6 months, with the intention of transitioning to permanent employment directly with the client company.
