Interim Aftermarket Director

Main duties: 

• As After Market Director, you are an important member of the company's management team and are responsible for just over 20 employees.
• You are responsible for the company's aftermarket business, divided into five business areas.
• You will be responsible for developing new service concepts and launching initiatives with the aim of generating increased growth and improved margins.
• You will be responsible for managing and developing the company's contract portfolio, in collaboration with your team and major key accounts.
• You are responsible for continuously measuring, following up, and meeting promised service levels in order to increase customer satisfaction.

To be eligible for the role:

• You are a senior leader with proven experience of leading large and small teams.
• Your leadership is characterized by clarity and business acumen, where the ability to create success in collaboration with the team and the company's customers is crucial.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within Service & Aftermarket.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in leadership roles within industrial automation.
• You have documented project management experience in an industrial context.
• You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent academic education in technology.

About the process:
