Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Accounting Manager to a well-funded start-up with high growth rates, located in central Stockholm. In the role of Interim Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for and work operationally with accounting and participate in the development of processes and structures, system changes, and the establishment of an external SSC via a major auditing firm.
Main duties:
- Work with and be responsible for accounting.
- Responsible for developing processes related to accounting, reporting, and consolidation.
- Supervise an employee and collaborate with an external auditing firm.
- Participate in changing the auditing firm and changing the ERP system.
- Participate in the development of a Shared Service Center.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience of similar assignments/employment in the recent past. Background with experience of qualified accounting in large companies.
- Experience leading an accounting function.
- Experience working at and/or collaborating with one of the major auditing firms.
- Experience with IFRS and K3.
- Experience in implementing financial systems is an advantage.
- Experience with Construction-in-Progress (CIP) is a plus.
