In the role of Director, your primary task is to help management teams with their most pressing and urgent problems.

The role includes:
- Daily contact with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and other decision-makers, primarily in medium-sized and large companies.
- Act as an advisor and sounding board for customers undergoing extensive change.
- Evaluation and advice for qualified and senior candidates.
- Work in teams and manage recruitment processes, drive agreements, and work with customer and candidate relations.

- We see that you are a person with extensive experience of working commercially with qualified counterparts. It is desirable if you come from a role where you have independently driven agreements and qualified sales with short lead times – preferably within the recruitment industry.
