Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Chief Accountant to a billion-dollar company in the Gothenburg area.
Main duties:
- Ensure accurate accounting and be responsible for accounting processes
- Contact with international accounting teams
- Quality assurance of the accounting team's work regarding accounting, tax, and VAT
- Reporting
- Prepare documentation and maintain dialogue with auditors
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization, including Business Control
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 10 years of experience in accounting
- Experience as Accounting Manager
- Experience from large companies
- Good knowledge of IFRS
- Independently prepared annual accounts
- Good knowledge of tax and VAT reporting
- Good social skills and accustomed to handling many contacts simultaneously
- Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is an advantage
