Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing a senior Program Manager with experience of leading major development projects with a consistent focus on efficiency and automation. Our client is an up-and-coming player in the consulting industry with a strong emphasis on entrepreneurship and development.
Main duties
- Manage automation projects from concept stage to delivery and handover.
- Coordinate relevant technical and engineering disciplines and ensure effective collaboration.
- Plan, manage, and monitor schedules, budgets, and quality, and report on project progress.
- Lead and participate in technical analyses, investigations, and preliminary studies to define requirements and develop decision-making documentation.
- Manage procurement and ensure that technical and commercial requirements are met.
To be eligible for the role, you must
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial automation and accustomed to leading technically challenging projects with high precision requirements.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and suppliers and ensure quality deliveries.
- A broad technical understanding of several engineering fields and how they interact in a facility or technical company.
About the process
