Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Operations Manager to a healthcare and care company based in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for finance and personnel management for 10 people.
- Reports to the CEO
- Management and administration of operations
- Participating in ongoing projects, e.g., introduction of a new medical records system
To be eligible for the role, you must:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Solid experience as a leader with both direct and indirect personnel responsibility
- Experience of management team work
- Experience in social services, e.g., care, home care, and LSS
- Driven and results-oriented
- Good social skills
- Academic education in a relevant field
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for three months, starting at the end of September and continuing through the end of the year. We will present candidates to the client on September 6, 2023, and interviews with the client will take place on an ongoing basis thereafter.
