Interim Site Manager

Jan has worked as a Site Manager in a number of positions and assignments. He is geographically flexible and has worked in northern and southern Sweden, as well as on a number of international assignments both within and outside Europe. One of his most recent roles took him to the west coast and a company that manufactures small parts for large engines. Jan quickly made a contribution to the assignment, thanks to his extensive experience of working as a leader in industry. He has strong expertise in production technology and is driven by delivering and providing good service to the end customer. Jan is used to having significant personnel responsibility and has led teams of up to 25 people. He has often worked in companies that manufacture smaller, niche components, which has given him specialist knowledge and broad technical expertise. He has often had overall responsibility from start-up to delivery and commissioning, as well as further service of the various components and systems. In one of the other assignments that Jan recently completed for a customer, he planned and coordinated the design of a system for the transport industry. It was completely ready for programming after Jan had completed his assignment.

Jan can join companies in sectors such as transport, manufacturing, and mechanical engineering and develop the business at a rapid pace. He is skilled at technical development, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing efficiency measures. He is also a highly regarded manager.
