Linn has a background in recruitment, first as a recruitment assistant and later as a recruitment manager and talent acquisition specialist. Today, she is still driven by working with recruitment, but has gained an even broader profile within HR. Linn started as an interim consultant three years ago and usually helps her clients with leadership development, HR process development, and providing support to employees in operational matters. Her broad HR knowledge enables her to assist in everything from recruitment to negotiations, work environment, salary surveys, and employee relations. She has primarily held roles in large companies in industry, manufacturing, and infrastructure. In her most recent assignment, she worked for a globally active FMCG company. She provided management support in operational HR issues and implemented HR processes in collaboration with the CHRO. Linn also identified new suppliers and partners to further develop recruitment and onboarding. Before she left the assignment, the company had an updated process for strategic talent management in place.
