Samuel is an experienced interim consultant with a background in sales, business development, and organizational development. In recent years, he has worked in the IT sector, primarily with software companies. In addition to sales, Samuel has deepened his technical expertise, which he is keen to develop further. Samuel started as a Key Account Manager and has since grown into leadership roles. In his managerial roles, he has been responsible for large parts of the employee journey – from recruitment and development to termination. As a sales manager, he has experience working with pipeline management, planning sales activities, and following up on goals and key performance indicators among employees. Samuel also has experience in procuring CRM systems and building sales processes within them. Samuel's most recent interim assignment was at a software company where he was hired as an interim sales coach. His task was to motivate the sales team, help them develop their sales techniques, and achieve their goals. Samuel carried out a thorough analysis and significantly raised the team's level of competence.
