Interim Accounting Manager

Stefan has been working as an interim consultant for six years. He specializes in economics, accounting, and financial controlling. He usually joins companies and manages the accounting department, often during system integration or other technical development. Stefan has a broad understanding of accounting, is self-sufficient when it comes to financial statements and annual reports, and has knowledge of IFRS and most of today's financial systems. He was recently hired by Interim Search for an assignment that lasted over a year. It was a classic accounting manager role with personnel responsibility. The focus was on accounting at the company level, but Stefan also has experience in consolidated accounting. Common to most assignments is that Stefan has project managed and driven change work to raise competence within the accounting function and develop processes. This includes implementing new business systems and processes for financial statements, accounting, and budgeting.
