For the past thirteen years, William has worked as a production manager in industry. He has solid experience of leading teams and working according to the LEAN method to streamline production work. When William chose an interim career, he was attracted by exciting transformation assignments – which have also become his area of expertise. He usually plays an active role in the management team, with budget and personnel responsibility for large teams. In such cases, he is usually ultimately responsible for ensuring that production meets its targets and delivers according to plan. Of course, leadership responsibility also includes developing employees and getting them to think about safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. William was recently hired as an interim production manager at a manufacturing company in the industry. He was hired to implement LEAN, among other things, and also developed KPIs for production that they continue to use.
