Daniel has worked in warehousing and logistics throughout his career. With extensive experience under his belt, he founded his own company as an interim consultant in 2021. Since then, he has been frequently hired as an interim warehouse manager. In his role as temporary manager, he has been responsible for warehouse relocations, managed up to 40 employees, developed warehouse automation, and driven overall improvement work. He has primarily worked in B2B logistics, with assignments both in Sweden and abroad. Most recently, he was hired by a global manufacturing company where he was responsible for a change initiative aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, quality, and the work environment. Daniel analyzed processes and planned measures that resulted in reduced delivery times, warehouse optimization, lower operating costs, and new technology to automate warehouse management. Before he left, a successful measurement of the assignment's effects on lead times, productivity, and costs was carried out.
Daniel's strength lies in developing processes within production operations. He is accustomed to working with Lean Management and warehouse automation.
