We recently hired Fredrik as an interim warehouse manager at a manufacturing company in the industrial sector. It was an extensive and long assignment lasting over a year, during which he was responsible for relocating a warehouse within Sweden and had personnel responsibility for 30 employees. It was his first interim assignment; prior to that, he had been employed and worked as a warehouse and logistics manager in most roles in recent years. Primarily in manufacturing and FMCG. Fredrik is used to extensive responsibility – in his most recent roles, he has had several direct reports and overall responsibility for driving change in warehouse operations, such as the aforementioned warehouse relocation, implementation of automated solutions, and Lean Management. His many years of experience make him a good leader with strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
Fredrik is a newly qualified but highly skilled interim consultant who was accustomed to change and project management even before he became a consultant. He thrives in large corporate environments.
