Interim HR Specialist

Elsa has worked in HR throughout her career and started as a consultant in 2021. She has now built up an impressive interim CV and thoroughly enjoys the freedom and variety of her role as a consultant. Her most recent assignment was at a B2B service company. They had undergone a period of rapid growth, and Elsa was brought in to implement a reorganization that would establish new reporting lines and titles. She also implemented a performance management program and created a structure for employee reviews and follow-ups. She also enjoys more administrative roles, where she covers for a permanent employee.
