Madeleine was a decision-maker in restructuring and outsourcing parts of the business, and she also supported managers and executives in interpreting and following policies during the change process. The assignment was extended, and the last project Madeleine carried out was to digitize parts of the HR function, which included implementing an HR system and survey tools.
