Interim Head of Financial Control

Lotta's career began as a controller in banking and finance. She worked with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to management. After a couple of years in the role, she was headhunted as a senior controller and later became a controller manager. As a controller manager, she has been on a number of assignments and has a deep understanding of financial processes and different business models. She often leads small teams of controllers and other employees within a finance function. She is usually responsible for developing financial strategies, improving financial processes, and continuously reporting data to management and the board. She usually works closely with the CFO and enjoys being close to the business and contributing to business development. Her most recent assignment was at a service company where Lotta was responsible for streamlining and improving working methods within the function. Her entry into the organization resulted in an increased focus on profitability and KPIs, as well as increased digitization and a reduction in manual tasks and reports.
