Emilio began working with implementation and IT immediately after graduating. He started at a large company and subsequently worked his way up and advanced in various roles. He began as an interim consultant three years ago and has had two long assignments in roles as interim ERP project manager. The first assignment was at a technically complex company in the construction industry. SAP had been implemented, and Emilio's task was to train and integrate the system into all of the company's functions. Before leaving the assignment, he also created a support organization, super users, and experts who were available internally within the organization. The second assignment was another SAP implementation at an infrastructure company where he launched an enhanced version of their business system. He was responsible for the entire implementation process—requirements, testing, and migration.
