Interim Controlling Manager

Martin is an experienced interim consultant who recently completed two roles as interim controller manager. Prior to that, he mainly worked as a business controller and also led teams in those roles. His most recent assignment was as interim Controlling Manager at a manufacturing company with over 4,000 employees. The role had ten direct reports, and Martin himself reported to the Nordic CFO. Martin supported the management team in all matters relating to controlling, budgeting, and production forecasting. He followed up results with the Nordic management team and also provided middle managers in production with support regarding important key figures.
