Interim Business Controller

Jelena has many years of experience as an interim Business Controller in sales organizations. She has broad system knowledge and is an experienced Excel user. Jelena began her career as a controller in the consulting industry, and has since continued in retail and FMCG. In recent years, she has worked exclusively in international companies and developed her skills in accounting, consolidated accounting, system development, analysis, and business controlling. In her most recent assignments, she has put together her own teams and led improvement work on systems, processes, and procedures. In her most recent assignment, Jelena was hired out to an FMCG company operating in a global market. She worked as a Business Controller, with special responsibility for one of their segments. Jelena helped to integrate and develop a business system and compiled weekly reports on sales and revenue for the management team. She also compiled report packages for monthly results and forecasts. Before leaving the assignment, Jelena drove improvement initiatives to automate data collection and eliminate manual parts of operational reporting.
