He had an early and rapid career as a salesperson in IT and was the leading salesperson at a global IT company, which led to his promotion to a Nordic sales manager position. When the company was acquired by a competitor, Niclas was offered the position of relationship manager for the company's largest customers. He led and developed a successful sales team that covered the entire European market. Niclas has been an interim consultant since 2012, and we have hired him out to a private equity-owned e-commerce company and a healthcare company.
