Jonna decided early on that she wanted to pursue a career in HR. After a couple of years as a tour guide and au pair abroad, she began studying human resources and got her first job as an HR coordinator at a small bank. Today, Jonna is 41 years old and has a long career behind her. Her greatest strength in her HR role lies in strategic work and as an advisor to the CEO and management team. She thrives in small and medium-sized companies where she is involved in business development and is close to decision-making. As an interim consultant, Jonna has completed two assignments, the most recent of which involved a training initiative for the internal organization of a media company in Gothenburg.
