Johannes started out as a salesperson and, thanks to his commercial personality, soon became sales manager for a company selling business services. He then chose to study economics for four years and began a career as a controller in the hotel and restaurant industry, where he was promoted to finance manager and has since been primarily responsible for the finance function, including personnel management, management team work, and day-to-day overall financial work. In recent years, he has been CFO for one of Stockholm's most historic hotels, a role that has been characterised by extensive renovation projects, acquisitions and efficiency improvements.
