Interim Production Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Production Manager for a well-established company in Gästrikland.
Main duties:
- Manage and develop the existing organization.
- Take operational responsibility for managing and developing employees in a shift-based manufacturing environment, with a focus on creating security and clarity.
- Ensure that production delivers according to set volume targets and quality requirements through consistent monitoring and attendance.
- Drive and develop the systematic work environment management, with a particular focus on the organizational and social work environment.
- Manage trade union relations and contractual issues in close cooperation with stakeholders.
To be eligible for the role:
- Many years of managerial/leadership experience in industry, preferably in process industry or heavy manufacturing with continuous operation.
- Accustomed to high-volume environments, maintaining calm and structure even when production pressure is at its highest.
- Confident, clear and communicative leader.
- Strong work environment competence - both organizational/social and physical work environment.
About the process:
