Interim Procurement Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim procurement manager to a socially important business in the energy and district heating sector. The company is in an intensive period where all procurements for 2026 must be handled, while several strategically important areas need to be developed and quality assured for the coming years. As interim procurement manager, you will support and relieve the organization in both operational and strategic purchasing issues. The focus is on running and implementing procurements and creating structure around agreements and supplier collaborations.
Main duties:
- Running and implementing procurement procedures
- Review and develop transport procurement for the transition to fossil-free transport
- Defining and structuring framework agreements
- Manage call-offs via the purchasing portal
- Provide support on ongoing purchasing and procurement issues from the business
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and municipal partnerships
- The tenders include, among others:
- Technical services
- Entrepreneurship
- Remediation
- Excavation
- Chemicals
- Environmental and measurement services
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in procurement under LUF
- Good knowledge of construction law
- Technical understanding, preferably from energy, industry or civil engineering
- Experience in framework agreements and supplier management
- Ability to work independently and create structure in complex environments
About the process
The assignment is full-time, starting at the beginning of June or the beginning of August and running until 31/12 2026.
Candidate presentation will take place on 26/5 with subsequent interviews at customer on 29/5.
