Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim KAM for the online operations of a Nordic publishing house. The Swedish head office is located in Stockholm and has 40 employees.
As interim KAM, you will be responsible for increasing the visibility of the publisher's offerings among customers in order to drive sales forward. The immediate team consists of four colleagues and the Nordic sales manager. The Swedish operations work with the entire Nordic region. The internal culture is characterized by a fast pace in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities as interim KAM:
- Further develop accounts through creative ideas in merchandising, promotion, and collaborations.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Participate in opening new accounts.
- Sales responsibility against budget.
- Travel in the Nordic region occurs.
Who we are looking for as interim KAM:
- You have experience in sales in digital operations.
- Experience in the book industry is an advantage.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English.
To fit into the role, you need to be energetic, self-motivated, used to taking initiative, and have a strong ability to build relationships.
About the process:
We will present candidates on Monday, April 23, and interviews will take place on Tuesday, April 24, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. The assignment will start in weeks 17-18 and will last for five months, with the possibility of extension.
