Interim Chief Executive Officer

As Interim Administrative Manager, you will be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO.

Main duties

• You are responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of the company's properties.
• You are responsible for monitoring the external environment, customer care, and the company's properties.
• You will also be responsible for major maintenance and new production projects.
• You drive change in the form of process and skills development and efficiency improvements.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and technical requirements imposed by authorities.
• You coordinate the department's various teams and create conditions for effective cross-border collaboration.

Who we are looking for:

• You have experience in property management and project organization.
• You have experience in real estate law issues
• You can real estate economics
• You have knowledge of LOU and the Tenancy Act.
• You have experience managing staff
• You have experience in customer service
• You have an engineering degree or equivalent education
• You have a driver's license (minimum qualification B)
• Knowledge of public regulations is an advantage

About the process

The assignment is for 100% full-time. Start date is immediate, and the assignment is expected to last for approximately 3 months with the possibility of extension.
