Interim Bolagsjurist (jobb-ID: 2042)
Interim Search har fått i uppdrag att tillsätta en interim Bolagsjurist på deltid till ett energibolag i Stockholms län.
Main duties:
- General business law such as contract law, sales law and intellectual property law
- Related law such as real estate law, company law, IT law and environmental law
- Assist the existing legal department
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Experience as a company lawyer and working from a law firm
- Very good experience in general business law
- Good experience in different areas of law, such as real estate law, special real estate law, environmental law, company law and security issues
About the process:
Uppdraget startar i augusti och beräknas pågå under 6 månader med möjlighet till förlängning. Omfattningen är deltid om 50% med eventuell möjlighet till en viss variation i omfattning enligt ök. Vi presenterar kandidater 19 augusti och intervjuer med kundföretaget sker v. 34.
