Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim corporate lawyer to a growth company with a turnover of several billion. The company operates in Linköping and Stockholm, among other places.
In the role of interim Corporate Lawyer, you will join a company with a history of growth and continued ambitious expansion goals. This places demands on the legal function, which has historically struggled to keep up. The assignment involves both handling ongoing legal tasks and contributing to the legal function's development journey, from a reactive to a strategic approach.
Main duties:
- Work continuously with commercial agreements, corporate law, and other related tasks
- Act as an advisor and sounding board regarding the department's strategic development to the Chief Legal Officer
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Academic degree in law
- Many years of experience as a corporate lawyer
- International experience and strong ability to work with legal matters in English
- Experience in the service sector
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A forward-looking and modern approach that fits in with a growth journey
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 6-12 months, with an immediate start date. We will present candidates on January 28, and interviews with the client company will take place on January 29.
