Interim Search has been appointed to recruit an interim Accounting Specialist - Change Management to a successful international company.
In the role as interim Accounting Specialist - Change Management you will be a part of a global growth company, that is growing both organically and through acquisitions. This places high demand on accounting to integrate acquisitions and continue to develop the function in line with the company's continuous expansion goals.
Main tasks:
- Implement current situation analysis and identify and project lead improvements
- Drive a process of change with the aim of creating an overall structured global accounting
- Act as project manager for short-term and long-term business goals set for the accounting function
Your qualifications:
- Experience from a similar assignment or employment in an international context
- Experience managing successful change management projects in a complex financial environment
- Experience as accounting manager/financial manager in large companies
- Experience setting up and/or developing Shared Service Center
About the process:
The assignment is set to durate for 12 months and start immediately. Presentation of candidates will be held 22nd of April and interviews with the customer the 23rd of April.
