Erika has over ten years of experience in marketing and has specialized in digital marketing since the start of her career. She studied communication at university and, through her own network, got a job at a start-up that was establishing itself abroad. There, Erika was responsible for creating and following up on marketing plans and acted as a contact person and requirements manager for external suppliers and in connection with the development of the website and CRM system. After a couple of years abroad, Erika moved back to Sweden and started as marketing manager at an established telecom company. She stayed in that role for three years before starting as an interim consultant. Erika has now completed two assignments helping organizations facing digitalization challenges.
