Interim Marketing and Communications Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Marketing and Communications Manager for an industry-leading international company in Stockholm.
As Marketing and Communications Manager, you will lead the marketing department and work closely with the management team, HR and sales. You will lead the Nordic marketing team and be responsible for internal and external communication, with a strong focus on sales-driving activities. The role requires an operational and passionate person who has the ability to collaborate and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. You will be part of the Nordic management team and report to the CEO.
Main duties:
- Create strategy, plan and objectives for the marketing department and project manage communication and marketing activities.
- Overall responsibility for social media, strategy and content creation.
- Regular online communication, SEO, PR and media.
- Responsibility for events, fairs, webinars, Kick Offs.
- Budgetary and performance responsibilities.
- Responsibility for achieving the unit's quality objectives.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have many years of experience in strategic and operational work in marketing and
communication. - You have a relevant education or equivalent knowledge from various job roles.
- You have good knowledge of Account Based Marketing and Google Ads.
- You have good knowledge of the Office package.
- You are fluent in English.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 5 months. The position is full-time with immediate start. There is the possibility of teleworking about 2 days per week.
