Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO to a company in the health and medical care sector.
Main duties
- You are responsible for developing and optimizing operations in accordance with the business plan.
- You are responsible for keeping the management team together.
- You will be involved in financial management (e.g., keeping track of key figures and ensuring that measures are taken when they deviate negatively).
- You will be involved in schedule optimization (doctor optimization). The customer aims to have a new tool/system in place before the summer.
- You will be the rapporteur at board meetings.
- You will also be in contact with suppliers.
- The role also includes coaching and developing employees and ensuring good staff satisfaction.
Who we are looking for:
- You have experience from CEO roles in related industries.
- You have experience in streamlining, leading, and developing organizations.
- You have strong organizational, delegation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- You have a strong ability to see cause and effect in strategic and operational matters.
- You have a good understanding of economic relationships.
- You are a good communicator and can describe the development of the business clearly and simply.
- You are process-oriented and have experience in guiding organizations to follow processes and guidelines.
- You are proficient in Excel and have a data-driven and results-oriented approach to your work.
- Previous experience in marketing is an advantage.
- It is advantageous if you have a background in economics.
About the process
The assignment is for 40% full-time. Start date is June 5, and the assignment is expected to last for 14 months.
