Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim HR consultant to an exciting company headquartered in the Gothenburg area.
Main duties
- Responsible for overall HR issues, such as salary reviews, rehabilitation, work environment, recruitment
- Ensure stable and secure HR support for the business
- Participate in the implementation of a new payroll system
- The role may include leadership and also work in the management team.
- Report to the CEO
To be eligible for the role
- Many years of experience in HR, preferably as a consultant
- Previously involved in the implementation of payroll systems
- Background from a complex organization with both white-collar and blue-collar employees
- The assignment will primarily be carried out on site in the Gothenburg area.
About the process
The assignment is for 100% and is expected to last at least 6 months.
