Interim Business Controller

As an Associate, you are involved in monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the company globally, which consists of financial reports, investment analyses, cost settlements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, budgets, annual accounts, and multi-year planning.

Main focus areas:

• Close the month (P/L) from a business control perspective.
• Prepare the monthly financial report.
• Responsible for preparing the annual budget and forecast.
• Cash flow analyses.

To be current for the assignment:

• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in finance/audit/accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English.
• Strong analytical skills. Proficient/strong ability in structuring, planning, and scheduling activities in a rational manner.
• Good skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal communications.
• Good knowledge of basic Office package (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), digitally oriented attitude.
• Strong skills in cooperating with colleagues at different organizational levels.

About the process:
