Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim COO for a growth company in the Gothenburg area.
Main duties
- Be part of the management team
- Manage a purchasing and production organization of approximately 30 people, a number of whom report directly to you.
- Contribute to continued growth
- C-level reporting directly to the CEO
To be eligible for the role
- Experienced leader, preferably through leading other leaders
- Experience in production and purchasing
- Background from medium-sized companies experiencing strong growth
- The assignment will be carried out on site in the Gothenburg area.
About the process
The assignment is full-time, starting in January, and is expected to last for six months.
