Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Brand Marketing Manager to a company within FMCG. The company operates internationally and has a turnover of approximately SEK 3 million.
Main responsibilities:;
- Overall portfolio strategy and brand building
- Overall responsibility for marketing and communication plans, including media strategy
- Responsible for market and consumer insights
- Project management for major strategic projects
- Budget responsibility within a defined area
- Innovation strategy – securing innovation
- Business follow-up – follow-up of KPIs
To be eligible for the role;
- Academic degree in economics, marketing, business administration, or similar
- You have several years of leadership experience as a Marketing Manager, Product Manager, and/or Brand Manager in FMCG, preferably in the food industry.
- You have worked with strategic marketing and branding, as well as media and communications strategy, with a proven track record.”
- You have experience working internationally
About the process;
The assignment is full-time, is expected to start in early January, and will last for 6 months.
