Interim Category Manager

Main duties:

• Responsibility for developing an attractive, profitable, and competitive product range
• Ensure the supply of goods to central warehouses, from external suppliers, and to the Group's department stores.
• Analyze, evaluate, and quality assure suppliers.
• Negotiate agreements and handle complaints.
• Compile statistical decision-making data for various categories.
• Ensure that the product range complies with regulations and applicable legislation.
• Work actively with monitoring and analyzing the market. Follow pricing and trends.

To be eligible for the role:

• You have previous experience as, for example, category manager, product manager, or purchasing manager.
• You are skilled at pricing, product range, and negotiation.
• You are driven to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the food industry is an advantage.
• You are accustomed to establishing and maintaining business relationships.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last for 6 months. The position is full-time with approximately 2-3 days on site initially, starting immediately.
