Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Business Manager for Heating/Cooling at a municipal energy company in northern Sweden.
The assignment involves serving as Interim Business Manager for Heating/Cooling in the Business and Product area during the assignment period.
The assignment will mainly include:
- Business, operational, and cost budget.
- Business, product, operational, and process development.
- Business strategy, profitability, and innovation.
- Long-term facility development meets business needs.
- Leading individuals and teams toward set goals and KPIs.
- Actively contribute to developing the business and other product benefits together with the management team.
To be eligible for the position:
- Do you have business-oriented leadership experience?.
- Experience and/or knowledge in energy/energy systems.
Meritorious:
- Experience and/or knowledge in facility development (Asset Management).
- Experience and/or knowledge in product management.
- Experience/knowledge in district heating.
About the process:
The estimated time required for the assignment is at least 80% in terms of workload, which may increase over time. The assignment is expected to continue until February 28, 2023, with the possibility of a four-month extension. Approximately 50 % of the assignment requires physical presence at the customer's premises.
