Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim M&A Consultant to a company in the consumer & wholesale sector based in Stockholm or Copenhagen. The role is at Group level and the Group has a turnover of approximately SEK 36 billion and 8,200 employees. You are a senior person who can handle different "cultures" in a fast-growing international group.
Who we are looking for:
- Academic background in finance, industrial economics, or equivalent.
- Experience in the field of corporate finance and M&A.
- Full understanding of financial valuation, modeling, risk analysis, and various return models.
- Location in Stockholm or Copenhagen.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to be full-time (100%) for approximately 4-6 months, starting in August 2022. We will present candidates to the client on an ongoing basis, and interviews will be conducted accordingly.
