We are looking for an interim HR Director with negotiation experience for a company with a turnover of 5.6 billion and 1,500 employees. The successful candidate will play a central and strategic role with responsibility for negotiation and contract issues within the company. You will lead the work of ensuring a unified approach to the interpretation and application of laws and agreements, labor law regulations, disputes, and collective bargaining negotiations, as well as being responsible for major negotiation processes.
To be eligible for the role:
- To succeed in the role of HR Director and Chief Negotiator, you have experience working with negotiations and labor law in a large organization.
- You have a relevant academic degree in HR or have gained experience through your previous roles/jobs in HR.
- You easily build trust and good relationships, and you act professionally and with a high level of integrity.
- You have teaching skills and are analytical, seeing risks and opportunities in different negotiation strategies.
- Extensive experience with LO collective agreements.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for 16 months, starting on September 1.
